Short answer: yes, and repeat visits to the same homes make up a good share of our Mudgeeraba work. This was our third clean for a 94 year old customer who has had us back for years. Third visit, and a key sorted through a neighbour
This customer has had us back three times now. She is 94, a regular of ours for years, and she was out at morning tea while we worked, so access was arranged through a neighbour who let us in. A small detail, but a fair picture of how a lot of repeat work actually runs. People who have used us before generally do not feel any need to be home supervising.

Cleaning up after a cat
The carpet had accident marks from her cat, which she had recently lost. At 94, that cat was her family. Getting the carpet properly seen to mattered to her for reasons that had very little to do with carpet, and that is worth saying rather than skipping past.
Cat accidents get an antibacterial enzyme treatment. Enzyme treatment breaks down the organic matter causing both the mark and the smell, rather than covering it over and hoping.
