Short answer: yes. Carpet cleaning in Coomera is fully inside our normal Gold Coast to Tweed Heads service area, the same truck mounted extraction, the same honest estimate before we start, and the same technician as a job in Burleigh Heads or Robina. A recent emergency call from an existing Coomera customer, a towel blocking a shower drain that sent water pouring into a bedroom carpet, shows what that standard looks like when it actually matters.

A Coomera emergency that speaks for itself
This job came from an existing Coomera customer in a shared household, and it was not a routine booking. A towel left in the wrong place had blocked a shower drain, and the water had nowhere to go but out, across the bathroom floor and into a bedroom carpet nearby. By the time we were called, the carpet was properly saturated, not just damp.
It is worth saying, this customer only seems to call us when something has gone wrong. We are glad to be the ones they trust to sort it, emergency or not.
Why saturated carpet needs more than a standard clean
Extraction came first, truck mounted, which pulls far more moisture out of the fibre and underlay than a portable unit or a wet vacuum ever could. Overflow water is not the same as a clean burst supply pipe though, water that has run across a shower and bathroom floor can carry bacteria into the carpet with it, so extraction alone was not the end of the job. We followed it with antibacterial enzyme treatment to properly sanitise the affected carpet, then brought in air movers to push the drying time down hard, rather than leaving the room to dry on its own over several days and risk mould setting in.
The carpet was handed back fresh, not saturated, the same visit. That combination, truck mounted extraction, the right sanitising treatment and active airflow, is what actually separates a proper water event response from someone turning up with a rental machine and hoping for the best.

What it costs, and why the suburb does not change it
There is no flat rate for a job like this, the same as everywhere else we work. Cost depends on how much of the carpet is affected, how saturated it actually is, and whether antibacterial or antimicrobial enzyme treatment is needed on top of extraction. What does not change is the minimum call-out fee. It is $145 plus GST across the entire Gold Coast to Tweed Heads area, Coomera included, whether it is a routine clean or an emergency. The only way to get an accurate number for your property is a personal estimate, not a phone guess.

Frequently asked questions
Do you clean carpets in Coomera?
Yes. Coomera is inside our normal Gold Coast to Tweed Heads service area, not a fringe suburb we occasionally stretch to. It gets the same truck mounted extraction, the same honest estimate, and the same technician as anywhere else we work.
Is there an extra call-out fee for a carpet clean in Coomera?
No. The $145 plus GST minimum call-out fee is one flat rate across the whole Gold Coast to Tweed Heads service area. Coomera is not priced any differently to anywhere else we work.
Do you handle carpet emergencies, not just routine dirt and stains?
Yes. A blocked drain, an overflowing shower or bath, or any water event that saturates carpet is a different job to routine soiling, and we treat it as one. Truck mounted extraction pulls the moisture out properly, and we bring air movers to speed up drying rather than leaving a carpet damp for days.
Why is enzyme or antibacterial treatment needed after a water overflow, not just extraction?
Overflow water is not the same as a clean burst pipe. Water that has come off a shower or bathroom floor can carry bacteria into the carpet, so extraction alone is not enough. We follow it with antibacterial enzyme treatment as standard, or antimicrobial enzyme treatment for heavier soiling, so the carpet is actually sanitised, not just dried.
How long does saturated carpet take to dry after extraction in Coomera?
With truck mounted extraction and air movers running, a saturated carpet can be back to properly dry, not just surface dry, well inside a day for most rooms. Leaving carpet to air dry on its own after a water event takes considerably longer and raises the risk of mould.
